"The Dixie Turman State Farm Office deserves the 5-star rating i gave them because they go out of their way & job title to provide their policyholders w/Exceptional Service & if they can’t answer ur question they won’t stop until they they get u an answer - They have a very streamline process including their Claims Dept. Services and they also offer Great Auto & Home Rates too - I love that u can either go completely electronic & online w/everything or if u prefer that personal human contact & touch u can do that to - They’re always available during normal business hours but if u have issues that require immediate attention after normal business hours they offer an after hours # u can call for customer support as well - I’m very happy w/the Dixie Turman State Farm Agent office cuz i’ve had many policy changes that i thought were difficult but they handled each & everyone one w/ease & didn’t see them as difficult & always handled them very quickly & efficiently for me so when i say this State Farm Agent & her 5-Star Team deserves a 5-Star Rating I’m being very truthful & honest w/my opinion all due to my several years of experience w/this Agent & her Team Member Employees!"

"I was a customer here for years. I don't know what has changed but in the last few years but: •LI've had to call & ask for my proof of insurance more than 3x. The billing is constantly messed up. I received a quote on my new car I added, they charged me the quoted price one time, the following month the price went up by more than $100. I reached out to correct the error, the billing dept confirmed the new price was actually the correct price despite my previous quote. I changed insurance companies after that, dropped State Farm from my auto bc of the conatant mess. They just charged my account over $300 for a policy I no longer have. I have called them & again, they're calling billing. I am livid."
