"This is an updated review as of 4-30-2026. All the staff at this office are amazing at what they do. Mrs Shannon, Jared, and finally Sierra herself is who's inspired me to leave an updated review. Sierra at Dixie Turman-State Farm is an absolute asset to this branch of State Farm and the company as a whole. She's the entire reason I'm coming back to State Farm for a second time, specifically with Mrs Turman's office in Commerce, Texas. Sierra is very knowledgeable, professional and service oriented. If she doesn't know, she will find out and get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you Sierra for your outstanding help with all my insurance needs and handling any questions, comments or concerns I may have. Keep doing what you're doing! If anyone is even considering switching to State Farm for your insurance needs, I'd highly recommend speaking to anyone at the Dixie Turman-State Farm office in Commerce, Texas. They will take care of you. If they can't they'll assist you in finding someone who can. I can't speak highly enough about this office."
